Based on client requirements, a detailed project proposal for the redesign of the software was prepared outlining project stages and deliverables.

Here, existing application was analysed to identify issues, these issues were grouped in categories. This stage also involved providing future vision.

This stage involved competitive analysis, creating target user persona, and scenarios, analysis of user mental model based on user research.

This was done in the form of site flow map and wireframes for all the priority workflows. This was followed by interface design to set the visual style.
