BLOCKS is an Electronic Making Kit that facilitates Immediacy in Interaction and provides Creative Freedom to makers without the complexities of electronics by turning the process of making into joining blocks together.

After arriving at the idea, quick paper mock-ups of the modules were made to test the scope and feasibility of the grammar of blocks.

After refining the grammar, the second series of paper mock-ups were made. They were used during an interactive session with a small group of users.

Basic electronic prototypes were designed and made to test the feasibility from a technical perspective.

User-friendly paper boxes were designed and assembled for individual modules. The boxes were color-coded for the type of module, with relevant information on the sides and bottom.
